2 bedroom apartment with a small kitchenette, dining area, open living room, and deck. There is a full bathroom with both toilet and shower facilities on this floor. Only a 10 second walk up a gentle ramp to the main house.

One of the bedrooms has the same high quality Sealy Posturpedic mattress shipped from Bangkok as well as custom designed furniture from Chang Mai. The second bedroom has a large sofa bed since this room can also double as a relaxing study with a wonderful view.

First Floor

When you enter our home you are welcomed with a two story wall of thick tempered safety glass in the living room providing a breathtaking view of Haad Salad Bay as well as the islands in Ang Thong National Park and Koh Tao. Sliding doors with mosquito net screens and other screened windows run along the entire wall as well to ensure easy access to the pool.

In the middle of the living room is a modern yet functional sofa as well as some assorted comfortable chairs with appropriate lighting. Although the sea breeze and cross ventilation normally makes for very comfortable relaxing there are also ceiling fans and floor mounted fans depending on your wish.

The kitchen and the living room share the large open space and you will find a double burner cooker, sink, refrigerator with freezer, and all of the pots, pans, dishes, bowls, and silverware required to cook for yourself. Enjoy your meal on a custom made dining room table with space for up to six people comfortably or head out to the garden, the covered patio or, the rooftop deck.

Second Floor

The first thing you notice when you walk upstairs is pristine jungle facing the rear of the house and presented through floor to ceiling tempered safety glass. If you turn around you see Haad Salad beach and the Bay of Thailand. To the right is a door leading you to a large patio which is a great place to relax in its own right. It is also where the spiral staircase is located which will take you to the roof top deck.

Heading left from the top of the stairs you can enter either the second master bedroom suite which is identical to the one below with two wonderful exceptions as well as a third bedroom perfect for children or additional guests.

The first difference between the first and upper floor master bedroom suites is that when you open the sliding glass door and mosquito screen you can enjoy a small private balcony with wonderful views of the Bay of Thailand. The second difference is that the bathtub which provides the same overwater sunset view as the first floor bathtub is actually a jacuzzi tub with x jets to relax two people enjoying a glass of wine. Of course, there are also the same toilet facilities, his and her sinks, and shower as on the first floor as well as a walk-in closet and adequate drawers.

The third bedroom (actually the sixth if you count the two bedroom apartment and the additional space bedroom on the ground floor) has the same floor to ceiling tempered safety glass with mosquito netting screens founds everywhere else in the house. It also has a perfect view of Haad Salad bay with the window framing the entire bay.

Since this room may also be used as a relaxing space for all or as a study or entertaining space for those in the second floor bedroom, we have placed a high quality sofa bed in this room. Have a great nights sleep or enjoy a book with a wonderful view of the bay. Another nice unique part of the design for this room is that one wall is sliding doors and, when fully open, you can lean on the railing and look down on the living room connecting these two attractive parts of the house.

The pool is 2.7 meters by 12 meters and was designed so that two people could swim back and forth freely.

Our Villa is available for rent as a whole, alternatively you can also rent only the Main House or only the Apartment ( access to the Pool is not included ). Below is a rates table that outlines the costs for staying during Koh Phangans varying seasons and the minimum booking periods required.
