The upper unit is reversed in Californian style, with the living area located on the top floor, and two bedrooms below.

Beach front bedrooms offer private sea view jacuzzis.

Relax in your roof top pool whilst taking in the views across the pristine turquoise waters to the Islands of Koh Phangan and Koh Tao.

night – (750 USD/ night)

2 bedroom rate per month ;
1 up to 3 months rental at 220,000 Baht per month + electricity
4 to 6 months rental at 180,000 Baht per month + electricity

4 bedroom rates per month;
1 up to 3 months rental at 350,000 Baht per month + electricity.
4 to 6 months rental at 300,000 Baht per month + electricity.

(long term rates are not available during xmas and NYE period).

Rate is inclusive of daily maid service, round trip airport transfer, Welcome pack,
breakfast voucher at the corner restaurant, WI-FI internet, Satelliet TV, slipper and bathrobes, water, fresh coconut juice on arrival, change of bed linen in every 3rd day, towels as often as required.
