The Green House Samui Apartments

This property is 1 minute walk from the beach offering pleasant views of the sea and is located on Fisherman’s village beach road.

All units are air conditioned and has additional fans. A flat-screen TV with cable channels and DVD player are available in some units. There is also a kitchen fitted with two stove tops, a microwave, a toaster, electric kettle as well as a coffee machine. The wardrobe has ample storage space and has a small safe inside. The private bathroom with a hot shower and free toiletries.

There are two slightly different categories of apartment, but all have the following in common:

Large apartment with double (5 ft) bed
Personal safe
Sofa (Extra bed)
Bathroom
Air conditioning and a ceiling fan
Kitchenette
Standing fan
Balcony
Cable TV
Wardrobes and drawer storage
Wi Fi Internet

Second floor apartments are equipped with:

28″ LCD TV
Refrigerator
Cups, plates, saucers, glasses and cutlery
Hot water pot
Twin ring electric cooker + pans
Toaster

Third floor apartments have, in addition:
32″ LCD TV (not 28″)
Coffee maker
Microwave oven
Rice cooker
Personal safe
Sofa which can be turned into an extra bed is only available in the third floor apartments.
The third floor apartments also command good views of the sea and/or village.

Cleaning and towel changing are carried out on a daily basis and bed linen is changed every three days. Two bottles of drinking water are supplied per day. Room service can be supplied by nearby Indian and Italian restaurants.

Check In Time:- 2pm, Check Out Time:- 11am
There are no extra charges for children under 10 years of age sleeping with their parents.
